| We are a Chinese logistics and transportation company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Port & Transport Operations Coordinator to manage daily transport operations, truck dispatching, driver coordination, port-related transport jobs, and shipment follow-up. Key responsibilities: Receive and understand customer transport requirements, including cargo details, pickup/delivery locations, timing, and special instructions. Arrange suitable trucks and drivers for each shipment according to cargo type, route, customer requirements, and operational feasibility. Coordinate with drivers, subcontracted truck owners, customers, port-related parties, and internal team members to ensure smooth shipment execution. Follow up every shipment from pickup to delivery and provide timely updates to customers and management. | |
